MINING GENERAL MANAGER (MGM)
Specific Requirement :

* At least a Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
* At least 10 (ten) years applicable experiences in managing coal and minerals mining operation
* Having POP / KTT certificate
* Must have excellent planning and organizational abilities

General Requirement :

* Experinced in working with ISO 9001:2000 & OHSAS 18001:1999 standard is preferable
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Fluent in oral & written English
* Computer Literate in using MS Office, Internet
* Excellent leadership skill
* Honest, target oriented and high analytical skill
* Able to work under pressure
* Able to work independently as well as a team
* Willing to be placed outside Jakarta/Java

EQUIPMENT GENERAL MANAGER (EGM)
Specific Requirement :

* At least a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
* At least 10 (ten) years applicable experiences in managing Heavy Equipments & Dump Truck for coal and minerals mining operation
* Must have excellent planning and organizational abilities

General Requirement :

* Experinced in working with ISO 9001:2000 & OHSAS 18001:1999 standard is preferable
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Fluent in oral & written English
* Computer Literate in using MS Office, Internet
* Excellent leadership skill
* Honest, target oriented and high analytical skill
* Able to work under pressure
* Able to work independently as well as a team
* Willing to be placed outside Jakarta/Java
