Deputy External Business Relation (EBR) Manager

This Deputy External Business Relation (EBR) Manager position will have the primary responsibility to provide strategic plans necessary for obtaining central government approvals and communicate and engaging respective central government parties to ensure approvals are obtained in a timely manner.

Requirements:
• Must be a mature, responsible and trustworthy individual with good initiative and judgment.
• Must have ability to handle various tasks simultaneously, organize, prioritize, make decisions and work efficiently and effectively under deadlines.
• Must be able to anticipate problems and create or devise plans to rectify situations while displaying good judgment.
• S1 Degree in Engineering, an advance university degree is an advantage.
• 5-10 years experience in oil and gas industry with strong network with BPMIGAS, MIGAS, ESDM and other oil companies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments as well as external parties is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communications with strong presentation skills.
• Attention to detail, especially in written documents, is required.
• Computer skills are required.
