PT Berau Coal was established in 1983 and is a first generation Coal Contractor. It produces coal in berau area of East Kalimantan within the conession awarded to the Company under the Cal Development Cooperation Contract system established by the Government of Indonesia.

PT. Berau Coal is a joint venture between PT. Armadian Tritunggal (51%) dan Rognar Holding B.V (39%), a Netherlands company and Sojitz Corp. (10%) a Japanese company. PT. Berau Coal is one of Indonesia s largest thermal coal producers having its operation in Berau, East Kalimantan, is seeking professional and qualified candidates to join as Company's:

INVESTOR RELATION STAFF
Responsible to manage information flow to the company’s stakeholder; ensure the fulfillment of administrative obligation to the stakeholders, routine data collecting, analyzing and provide reporting on company’s achievement (marketing, production, financial, etc).

Requirements :

1. Maximum age of 30 years old.
2. Bachelor Degree in Finance.
3. Strong analytical thinking, interpersonal and communication skill.
4. Mature, dynamic, and able to work under pressure.
5. Minimum 2 years experience at similar position is a must. Preferable from mining industries.
6. Computer literate and fluent in English.
7. To be Located Kalimantan Timur

Sr. LEGAL OFFICER
Responsible to support corporate legal aspect; advise department on all legal and regulatory issue, negotiate and review legal document between company and the third party, provide legal assistance on litigation matters if necessary.

Requirements :

1. Maximum age of 35 years old
2. Holds a minimum of Bachelor degree in Law Faculty.
3. Having strong negotiation skill and contract drafting.
4. Having minimum 4 years working experience as corporate legal preferably in Coal Mining Industries.
5. Having excellent understanding on government regulation especially “UU MINERBA”.
6. Computer literate and fluent in English.
7. To be Located Kalimantan Timur

GENERAL AFFAIRS MANAGER
Responsible to manage PT Berau Coal General Affairs Department in the mining sites in Berau, handling general services, building facilities and maintenance that include employee catering service, company transportation (land, air, and water), company housing, arrangement of hotel/ accommodation.

Requirements :

1. Maximum age of 45 years old
2. Holds a minimum of Bachelor degree in related field preferably in General Management, Civil Engineering or Tourism and Hotel.
3. Having minimum 5 years working experience as GA Manager preferably in Coal Mining Industries.
4. Good analytical skills for control and problem-solving.
5. Possess strong leadership, good inter-personal and communication skills, and able to manage under pressure.
6. Computer literate and fluent in English.
7. To be Located Kalimantan Timur

K3L SYSTEM OFFICER
Responsible to supervise implementation of K3L system and procedure, supervise implementation of external audit corrective action recommendation and controlling K3L system and procedure document.

Requirements :

1. Maximum age of 30 years old.
2. Bachelor Degree in Engineering discipline or Occupational Health and Safety Faculty.
3. Strong analytical thinking.
4. Capable in develop safety and environmental management system.
5. Computer literate and fluent in English.
6. Minimum 2 years experience at similar position is a must. Preferable from mining industries.
7. To be Located Kalimantan Timur
