Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance to the External Affairs Manager, in advising and monitoring to obtain required permits to support drilling and seismic operations activities;
• Build and maintain good relationship with central and local government authorities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree of from reputable university;
• Minimum 7 years related working experience in handling permits within oil & gas industry.

Senior Legal Counsel

Responsibilities:
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of oil & gas and other commercial and legal agreements;
• Provide advice on based on the prevailing laws and regulations;
• Ensure that all corporate departments are kept abreast of business support requirements in Indonesia and the service being provided;
• Liaise with relevant external Indonesian government (BPMIGAS) and regulatory authorities and co-ventures;
• Handling instruction, management and/or coordination of outside counsels, including handling complex litigation and dispute settlement.

Requirements:
• Law degree from a recognized Indonesian university and having master degree from overseas university is preferable;
• Able to prepare the draft and review the contract;
• Having experience is the upstream oil & gas more than 7 years, with 3 to 5 year experience in a leading Indonesian Law firm or an International law firm;
• Proficiency in oil & gas law, energy law, Indonesian civil and commercial law in general, and knowledge of tax, import / export, and criminal law;
• Proficiency and knowledge in supply chain management / distribution contracts;
Knowledge in oil field industry;
• The candidate is expected to have:
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with culturally diverse people;
- Ability to travel to all locations;
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to respond to operational needs on a timely basis, including outside of normal working hours when necessary;
- Ability to work as a team.

All positions required strong proficiency in both written and spoken English, matured and pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Pit Foreman (Site Sebamban)
Successful candidate will be responsible to provide assistances to Pit Supervisor in supervising all mining activity perform by contractor, according to approved planning and procedure, in order to achieve good coal quality and quantity.

Qualification:
• Min. S1 majoring Mine Engineering,
• Having at least 2 years experiences in mine operations.
• Good communication skills in Indonesia and English (oral and written)
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Highly self motivated, Strong Leadership, analytical skill, disciple, and team work

Dispatcher (Site Sebamban)
Responsible to handle radio communication dispatching and ensure the communication are running smoothly.

Qualification:
• Min. D3 in informatics
• Having at least 2 years experience in mining company, handling radio communication dispatching
• Computer literate, Microsoft Word and Excel in particular.

IT Engineer (Jakarta)
Successful candidate will be assisting IT Supervisor to develop, observe, as well as to run the system processes for all IT devices, perform IT assets inventory, recording all IT activities and responsible for IT devices maintenance.

Qualification:
• Minimum D3 in Informatics or Computer Engineering
• Having at least 1 year experience as IT Engineer
• Good knowledge and skill in PC & printer hardware, LAN/WAN, PABX system and Radio Communication

Corporate Legal Administrator (Jakarta)
To assist Legal Supervisor and Coordinator in the documentation and filing of corporate documents under responsibility of Corporate Legal section. To prepare reports, summary, and aging of all agreement instruments; handling permit extension; provide legal opinion for any case performed by Legal section.

Qualification:
• Minimum S1 majoring Legal
• At least having 1 year experience and perform legal administration
• Meticulous
• Good command in English both written and spoken
• Computer literate
